Transparent administation 

The Transparent Administration section is at the service of the citizen to encourage participation through knowledge of the services provided. It is possible to view this information in the ministerial system PAT which can be reached at https://trasparenza.cultura.gov.it/. All the information in this area are avaible only in italian. 

In particular: 

1. The procedures can be viewed in the section “Attività e procedimenti”; 
2. Administrative procedures could be find in the section “Bandi di gara e contratti” and those one about archival staff in the section “Provvedimenti”. 
3. Serching for “Organizzazione” you can find management information relating to theinstitute; 
4. Under “Personale” it is possible to view the data relating to the Staff, including absence rates;
