Reproduction service 

Reproduction is free, with the exception of archival assets for which consultation is subject to restrictions, and is implemented in compliance with the provisions that protect copyright and in ways that do not involve any physical contact with the asset, nor the exhibition of the same as light sources. 

To obtain reproductions by the institute it is necessary to contact the Archivio di Stato di Benevento at as-bn@cultura.gov.it who will send the detailed procedure to make the payment. For this purpose, it is underlined that you are required to contact the offices before making the payment, to be sure of crediting the right amount, in order to avoid making a payment above or below the price list. 

Delivery of the reproduction will take place within 30 days of sending the signed form, payment receipt and identity document. 

We also inform you that the Archivio di Stato di Benevento are not the producer of the documentation and are therefore not authorized to release transcriptions and extracts. 

Please remember that the remote service only involves limited searches of already identifiable documents for the purpose of issuing photo reproductions or copies conforming to the original.
